Main activities
The company owns a complete portfolio of technologies for material preparation. These include a CNC laser for part cutting, an oxygen cutting machine, and press brakes. In the primary production phase, there is a team of employees certified for non-destructive testing methods (e.g., visual inspection).
WELDING
The key production activity is the welding process. For this reason, the company has obtained TÜV Rheinland certification for manufacturers who demonstrate full compliance with welding quality requirements according to DIN EN ISO 3834-2. The entire preparation and welding process is subject to strict international certification for the production of steel structures according to the EN 1090-1+A1 standard, execution class up to EXC 3. The company has its own product marking with the CE conformity mark. Furthermore, we are certified according to CL1 according to EN 15085-2 – railway vehicles. In this production phase, we use the aforementioned team for non-destructive testing of welded parts. Each part undergoes surface cleaning treatment by blasting in a continuous shot blaster or by grinding or machining the welding surfaces before the welding process.
MACHINING
The production specialization is high-quality horizontal machining. The company primarily has CNC machines. The largest horizontal boring machine can process a part 12 meters long and weighing up to 10 tons. We are capable of positioning parts within a tolerance of 0.015 mm. The new CNC lathe can machine bars with a diameter from 6 to 82 mm. The maximum turning length in the chuck is 600 mm.
SURFACE TREATMENT
The production process includes an in-house painting facility with so-called wet painting of parts. We primarily use coating systems from Baril. This involves a two-component polyurethane, fast-drying, and highly durable coating. We can provide this type of coating in all RAL shades. There is an option for both smooth and rough texture painting. We can also provide blackening of parts, which means chemical treatment of steel surfaces for better appearance and corrosion resistance.
ASSEMBLY WORK
Parts with completed surface treatment are assembled into the final form to meet customer requirements. Only then are the parts exported to customers. For assembly, we use our own stable team of employees with the necessary certifications and equipment.

DRAWING THE DOCUMENTATION
Our company also provides drawing documentation in electronic shape wherever the customer does not have his own one, then we draw complicated sets into detailed documentation including a machining additions.
OWN FREIGHT TRANSPORT
Our technological plant owns a modern and flexible transportation capacity up to 24 tons.
ORDERS AND COMMUNICATION
Taking orders and communication with customers can be done electronically as well. Documentation can be provided electronically – CAD system and other. The company works with the SOLID EDGE and also Solid Works CAD and Solid Works CAM software.
BURNING
We produce steel cuttings with a maximum thickness of 120 mm and a format of 2 x 6 m. We use laser and oxygen as a medium.
