Engineering plant ISMM & JB Machinery a.s. continues the tradition of a family company Ing. Jan Bacho for more than 25 years of its service to customers, especially from western Europe.
The company was established in 1994, when its management and many employees went through key posts in Krnov´s biggest engineering company, Strojosvit Krnov. That experience as well as long-term practise formed a good base for quality, reliability and stability of business relationships.
The original family members of Bacho family were joined by new members of technical team and management in 2018 and 2019. Under their management, the company continues to react to the customers´ requirements very flexibly striving to satisfy them, with the aim to supply even the most difficult welded parts in the shortest possible delivery times and in the best quality.
ISMM & JB Machinery a.s. continuously works on its technical and customer skills. We respect family companies and combine it with the requirements of our customers on modern engineering company. Stability of the company Strojírna Jan Bacho is also ensured by its purely Czech family capital ownership.
Right from its beginning, the company´s premises are in the municipality Dívčí Hrad in Osoblaha region – in the beautiful foothills of the Jeseníky mountains.
Osoblaha region belongs to one of the most affected regions concerning unemployment in the Czech Republic. ISMM & JB Machinery a.s. is one of the most important employer in Osoblaha region. Our aim is to provide perspective for this region – therefore we actively support local initiative.
Further development of the perspective field of engineering is supported from the internal continual development programme of technical and language skills of our employees, together with an active cooperation with a range of engineering schools in northern Moravia.
